What you will do

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes.
  • Ensure HR policy compliance and best practices across allocated European countries.
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and Legal to ensure seamless HR operations and data integrity.
  • Act as an ambassador for company cultural beliefs and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee international mobility and support internal/external candidate relocation processes.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of HR operations experience, with 3-5 years in an international environment.
  • Proven knowledge of employment laws in Europe, specifically mandatory experience with Italian law.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Must be located in Ireland.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency with comprehensive HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of employment laws in Spain and Portugal.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR.
  • Additional European language proficiency.
  • Specialized training in Labor Legislation, Compensation and Benefits, or Social Security.
