What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure a compliant experience.
• Advise clients on complex HR matters, labor laws, and risk mitigation within the Benelux region.
• Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
• Act as the single point of contact for employees' immigration and mobility needs.
• Drive digital transformation and AI adoption to streamline and automate HR processes.
• Lead global initiatives to standardize and improve HR practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional HR experience.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
• Deep expertise in Benelux labor laws and strong knowledge of European employment regulations.
• Experience supporting and managing complex employee relations.
• Proficiency with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Employer of Record (EoR) industry.
• Basic understanding of the French language.
