What you will do

• Execute core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes.
• Maintain employee data accuracy across HR systems and produce reports and dashboards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related topics.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment and consistent execution of HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain documentation for audit readiness.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize HR workflows and processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting US-based teams within global environments.
• Working knowledge of US federal and state employment laws.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with high discretion.
