What you will do

• Act as primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations ensuring compliant employee experience.
• Manage complex employee relations, terminations, and draft legally sound documentation.
• Build relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
• Provide consultation on benefits, payroll, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Stay updated on labor laws and cultural nuances in Southern Europe for actionable guidance.
• Review employment contracts, support performance plans, compensation changes, and immigration needs.
• Drive digital transformation, process optimization, and global HR improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English required - additional languages a bonus.
• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Deep expertise in labour laws and employment regulations across Southern Europe.
• Experience with complex employee relations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the EoR industry.
• Experience across other Southern European countries including Greece.
