TL;DR

People Partner (HR): Leading HR operations for DACH, Benelux and the Nordics to ensure local labor legislation compliance and effective execution of people strategies with an accent on regulatory alignment and matrix organization management. Focus on advising people managers on complex employee relations cases and translating global HR initiatives into impactful local actions.

Location: Remote in Germany with preference for Berlin. Must be permanently located in Germany

What you will do

• Act as the primary legal advisor on labor laws and employment regulations for DACH, Benelux, and Nordics regions.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures at the country level to ensure full compliance.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations to manage complex investigations and employee cases.
• Support people managers with lifecycle activities including compensation reviews, performance ratings, and hiring.
• Drive employee engagement and workplace satisfaction by implementing global People & Culture programs locally.
• Monitor and report on HR KPIs, trends, and regional risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in labor laws and HR best practices across Central and Northern EMEA.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Must be permanently located in Germany.
• Proven experience in matrixed or multinational organizations.
• Strong ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
