What you will do

• Perform expert phlebotomy skills to collect blood samples in a comfortable manner for patients of all ages.
• Collect relevant patient information, including vital signs and heart and lung tones.
• Ensure samples are labeled properly and coordinate drop-off to appropriate labs or shipment facilities.
• Utilize mobile devices for charting and HIPAA-secure messaging apps for care coordination.
• Manage daily schedules and maintain proper supplies and PPE for patient visits.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Laredo, TX.
• Prior professional experience as a phlebotomist.
• Valid Driver’s License, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to patient homes.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and transcript of program graduation.
• Complete vaccination records: COVID (with booster), MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB (within past year), Flu, and TDaP (within 10 years).
• Ability to pass national background check and DMV check.
