What you will do

• Drive key cross-functional projects like hiring strategy, data infrastructure, and company metrics
• Support board-level and strategic initiatives including M&A, financial analysis, and planning
• Own internal operations such as offsites, logistics, systems, and cadence
• Help unblock teams and push forward high-priority work
• Dive into new problem spaces with little context and figure them out quickly

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience or exceptional new grad
• Background in consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), banking, private equity, or high-growth startups
• Demonstrated ability to operate in high-performance, high-expectation environments
• High agency — take ownership without being asked
• Curiosity — ask the right questions and go deep
• Polish — strong communication, attention to detail, professional judgment
• Work ethic — willing to go all-in when it matters
• Intellectual sharpness — quickly understand complex problems and structure solutions
