What you will do

• Drive and lead the renewals process in collaboration with CAE and CSM to preserve and improve customer contracts.
• Negotiate and execute renewal contracts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize growth.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals tied to retention and term extensions.
• Maintain and report accurate renewal forecasts and communicate risks to leadership.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback to drive product and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Manager role.
• Must be based in Pasig City, Metro Manila for a hybrid arrangement (1 day onsite per week).
• Ability to work US core hours (7 am - 5 pm Pacific Time) in a dedicated remote workspace.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce) and GSuite tools.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and managing a high volume of transactions.
