What you will do

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of digital clients.
• Support account retention and identify strategic opportunities for account growth.
• Respond agilely to client needs and issues by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor client satisfaction and engagement through regular interaction with clients and engineering teams.
• Prioritize activities and time to align with essential client goals.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in an Account Management role, preferably within the tech sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with stakeholders and engineers.
• Commercial mindset with experience in revenue management and retention.
• Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot is a plus).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, distributed, and international environment.

• Background in financial services, healthcare, or energy sectors.
• Experience managing enterprise-level clients.
