What you will do

  • Serve as primary technical contact, building trust-based relationships with customer IT, security, and operations teams.
  • Own end-to-end resolution of complex technical escalations and incidents, including root-cause analysis and prevention.
  • Conduct technical reviews, monitor platform health, and optimize fraud detection workflows for maximum ROI.
  • Lead platform upgrades, integrations, and feature rollouts from discovery to go-live.
  • Educate customers on capabilities, contribute to knowledge bases, and leverage AI insights for better outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical customer-facing role (TAM, Technical Support Lead, Solutions Engineer)
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS, distributed systems, API architectures
  • Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript or Python) for troubleshooting and automation
  • Strong analytical skills for logs, patterns, and complex flows; familiarity with data platforms (SQL, Elastic, Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols (Certs, IP whitelisting, Session management)
  • Exceptional communication to explain technical concepts to executives and peers

Nice to have

  • Experience with mobile environments (SDK integration, debugging)
  • Background in financial services, banking, or fraud prevention
  • Hands-on with AI tools or advanced automation
