What you will do

• Guide customers through onboarding, including architecture design and product configuration.
• Manage tracking of top-tier customer projects and handle escalations on behalf of product and services.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to ensure customers achieve target ROI and business value.
• Document customer use cases and advocate for specific feature needs to Engineering and Product Management.
• Support marketing and sales teams with technical demonstrations and content creation.

Requirements

• Fluent in English AND either French or German.
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services within a fast-paced SaaS company.
• Experience administering Access Management or API management platforms.
• Ability to travel as required to meet with accounts.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical issues concisely.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Software development experience in Java or Python.
• Additional European language skills.
• Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
