What you will do
- Guide customers through onboarding, including architecture design and product configuration.
- Manage tracking of top-tier customer projects and handle escalations on behalf of product and services.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to ensure customers achieve target ROI and business value.
- Document customer use cases and advocate for specific feature needs to Engineering and Product Management.
- Support marketing and sales teams with technical demonstrations and content creation.
Requirements
- Fluent in English AND either French or German.
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services within a fast-paced SaaS company.
- Experience administering Access Management or API management platforms.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with accounts.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical issues concisely.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Software development experience in Java or Python.
- Additional European language skills.
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
