What you will do

  • Own the full renewal pipeline, including accurate forecasting and on-time closing.
  • Identify and progress upsell and cross-sell opportunities through technical discovery.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and track adoption metrics to mitigate churn risks.
  • Serve as a technical resource on how the platform fits into a customer's SDLC.
  • Collaborate with support and engineering to escalate and resolve customer issues.
  • Translate field feedback into structured requirements for Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years in a customer-facing role combining relationship management with commercial outcomes (e.g., CSM, Renewal AM, TAM).
  • Experience managing the full renewal motion, including forecasting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Fluency in technical conversations regarding DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software security.
  • Proven ability to drive expansion opportunities within an existing customer base.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both engineering teams and VPs.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SCA, SAST, or general application security tooling.
  • Experience with SDLC tools (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins) or cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Background in B2B SaaS security or developer tooling.
