What you will do

• Establish, negotiate, and develop dedicated carrier relationships via phone and email.
• Ensure high service levels to guarantee freight is picked up and delivered on time using reliable carriers.
• Meet or exceed individual and team financial performance goals.
• Analyze carrier supply and demand, spot market pricing, and factors impacting freight markets.
• Manage carrier profiles by updating requirements, needs, and contacts.
• Align carrier capacity with internal freight network lanes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Rogers, AR or St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)
• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of TL/LTL freight brokerage or logistics sales experience.
