TL;DR

New Business Sales Manager (SaaS): Leading the acquisition of new clients and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution with an accent on lead generation and team leadership. Focus on developing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product goals with market needs.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 1 day WFH); must be within commuting distance of the South Salt Lake City headquarters

What you will do

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities through market analysis and trend identification.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales representatives to improve performance in client acquisition.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
  • Forecast sales targets and prepare regular reports on pipeline status and revenue projections.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales with a successful track record of acquiring new business.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other modern sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Must be based within commuting distance of South Salt Lake City, UT.
