What you will do
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and internal advocate.
- Oversee the onboarding process and act as the primary escalation point for clients transitioning from sales to implementation.
- Manage a book of business with a focus on retention and revenue growth through contract renewals and upsells.
- Conduct regular business reviews to analyze performance metrics and present tailored solutions.
- Maintain deep expertise in product offerings, new features, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, French, and Spanish is mandatory to support the European client base.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or customer success within the SaaS industry or a tech-driven environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
