What you will do

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and internal advocate.
  • Oversee the onboarding process and act as the primary escalation point for clients transitioning from sales to implementation.
  • Manage a book of business with a focus on retention and revenue growth through contract renewals and upsells.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to analyze performance metrics and present tailored solutions.
  • Maintain deep expertise in product offerings, new features, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, French, and Spanish is mandatory to support the European client base.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or customer success within the SaaS industry or a tech-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
