Account Manager - Spain (Barcelona) (Urban Mobility): Driving revenue growth, increasing market coverage, and building long-term customer relationships for Pay-and-Display systems, SaaS solutions, and mobile payments with an accent on cluster development and full sales cycle management. Focus on presenting solutions to decision-makers, supporting implementation, and identifying upselling opportunities.

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Frequent travel (60% of time, ~3 days/week) to meet customers in person; remaining time flexible remotely or in coordination with manager.

What you will do

  • Develop clusters strategically to expand market presence in your territory.
  • Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, cold prospecting, negotiations, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships as main point of contact.
  • Present and demonstrate products convincingly to decision-makers.
  • Support implementation and proactively pursue upselling in existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and documentation.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (native) and good English (B2/C1) for global team communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, Marketing or similar) +8 years in key account management or similar, ideally in parking, smart city, or tech.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS services, payment solutions; P&D systems or mobile apps a plus.
  • Proven sales track record, negotiation skills, results-driven.
  • Comfortable with CRM (Salesforce) and Google Suite.
  • Self-motivated, independent in dynamic environment; experience with corporations/municipalities a plus.
