TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Driving adoption of Generative Media infrastructure for mid-market accounts with an accent on outbound prospecting and executive alignment. Focus on translating technical capabilities into business outcomes and managing complex sales cycles.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, USA

Salary: $160,000-230,000 OTE + equity

hirify.global is building the infrastructure layer for the generative AI era, enabling developers and enterprises to deploy and scale multimodal AI applications.

What you will do

  • Prospect into target mid-market accounts to generate qualified opportunities and pipeline growth.
  • Partner with creative studios, AI innovation teams, and developers to identify new adoption opportunities.
  • Execute full sales cycles including discovery, product demonstrations, and executive alignment.
  • Manage and forecast pipeline using MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering to influence go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive customer adoption and expand usage within accounts post-sale.

Requirements

  • Experience in a closing sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a mid-market territory.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities like inference optimization and generative models into business outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco.
