What you will do
- Generate pipeline from ideal customer profile (ICP) accounts through creative and thoughtful outreach.
- Research key account initiatives to develop a "hypothesis of value" for prospects.
- Strategize and execute multi-touch account-based campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Sales.
- Qualify leads and schedule high-value meetings for Account Executives.
- Automate and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency.
- Maintain accurate lead and account information within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Experience in a sales development role for a B2B AI or SaaS company.
- Proven success exceeding outbound pipeline generation goals in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
- Experience targeting marketing and GTM personas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using AI tools within the sales process is crucial.
- Must be based in San Francisco or Chicago.
