TL;DR

Coordinator, Employer Services (Fintech): Managing client relations and administration for Plan Sponsors within a financial technology platform with an accent on issue resolution and client experience. Location: Hybrid; must be based in New York, NY, Austin, TX, King of Prussia, PA, or Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $50K - $55K base

What you will do

  • Assist advisors and sponsors with administration and servicing needs to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Manage client expectations regarding process and timing standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client issues and provide feedback to internal teams.
  • Identify and resolve one-touch tickets using online tools at the initial point of contact.
  • Share data-driven insights with product teams to enhance the platform and planning roadmap.
  • Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate legal or compliance issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Strong commitment to superior customer service and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency with basic calculations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of incoming inquiries.
  • Availability to work from 9am ET to 6pm ET.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the retirement industry.
  • Certifications: Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 66, QKA, or QKC.
