Salary: $50K - $55K base

What you will do
- Assist advisors and sponsors with administration and servicing needs to ensure high satisfaction.
- Manage client expectations regarding process and timing standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client issues and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Identify and resolve one-touch tickets using online tools at the initial point of contact.
- Share data-driven insights with product teams to enhance the platform and planning roadmap.
- Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate legal or compliance issues when necessary.
Requirements
- Strong commitment to superior customer service and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent attention to detail and proficiency with basic calculations.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of incoming inquiries.
- Availability to work from 9am ET to 6pm ET.
Nice to have
- Experience in the retirement industry.
- Certifications: Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 66, QKA, or QKC.
