Location: Remote (Must be based in the Americas)

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recipient inquiries via email and phone.
  • Act as a first-level problem solver to help recipients redeem, access, or troubleshoot rewards.
  • Utilize internal tools, macros, and help articles to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Gather and analyze recipient feedback trends to help the product team prioritize future projects.
  • Collaborate with the support team to meet SLAs and improve process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
  • High level of composure, patience, and empathy when interacting with users.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a high-volume queue.
  • Must be based in the Americas.
