What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for recipient inquiries via email and phone.
- Act as a first-level problem solver to help recipients redeem, access, or troubleshoot rewards.
- Utilize internal tools, macros, and help articles to resolve issues efficiently.
- Gather and analyze recipient feedback trends to help the product team prioritize future projects.
- Collaborate with the support team to meet SLAs and improve process efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- High level of composure, patience, and empathy when interacting with users.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a high-volume queue.
- Must be based in the Americas.
