What you will do

• Lead and govern the EMEA Regional Capability Centre Hub, overseeing Benefits Operations, Onboarding, Offboarding, and regional helpdesk services (Tier 1 & 2).
• Architect end-to-end service delivery for the EMEA region by integrating Workday as the system of record and ServiceNow for case management.
• Embed AI-driven automation and workflows to reduce manual effort and improve responsiveness and efficiency.
• Define and track key performance metrics, including SLAs, KPIs, first-contact resolution, and employee satisfaction indicators.
• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Business Partners to align service delivery with evolving business priorities.
• Provide local support for compliance matters, Work council engagement, and employee relations for office and manufacturing staff.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR operations, shared services, or service delivery with regional scope.
• Must be based in or able to work from an EMEA Hub office.
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow and working with HRIS systems like Workday.
• Expertise in managing regional employee lifecycle processes and GDPR compliance.
• Fluent and confident communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or a related field.
