TL;DR
HR Generalist (EMEA): Providing comprehensive HR support across the EMEA region, acting as a key partner to the People Partner team and business stakeholders with an accent on advising managers and employees on HR policies and processes. Focus on managing employee relations issues, ensuring HR practices align with local labor laws, and driving the adoption of People initiatives.
Location: Based in our Berlin office with some in-office attendance required.

What you will do
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for employees and first-line managers, advising on HR policies, processes, and day-to-day People matters.
- Triage and manage employee relations issues, including performance concerns, investigations, and workplace issues, escalating where appropriate.
- Coach and support managers to build confidence and capability in performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness.
- Deliver accurate and timely HR operational support across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner closely with People Partners, Centres of Excellence (COEs), and regional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality People programs.
- Analyze People data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct support to managers and employees across the employee lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of various EMEA employment practices is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse client groups.
- Proven ability to support and drive People initiatives and change management processes throughout the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal, process, and influence skills.
- Experience working effectively with both onsite and distributed teams, demonstrating a high degree of flexibility and adaptability.
