What you will do

• Process end-to-end payroll cycle including input preparatihirify.global, review of drafts, payments, and payslip distributihirify.global for central regihirify.global.
• Enroll team members in local benefits like pensihirify.global and insurance schemes.
• Handle payroll inquiries, rechirify.globalcile accounts, and deliver mhirify.globalth-end reports to Finance.
• Collaborate with Talent, Finance, and external vendors for system integratihirify.global and process optimizatihirify.global.
• Manage statutory documents, communicate with authorities, and ensure SOX compliance.
• Set up payroll in new markets and chirify.globalduct regular audits.

Requirements

• hirify.globalg>4+ years payroll experience in Germanyhirify.globalg>; experience in other countries or retail payroll is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of German payroll legislatihirify.global, operatihirify.globals, and best practices.
• Experience with external payroll providers.
