What you will do
- Define and own the brand narrative, personality, and visual guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Scale the social media presence and build an employee advocacy program for 400+ staff.
- Develop an executive thought leadership engine, including ghostwriting 3-5 posts per week for the CEO.
- Lead creative direction for major product launches, experiential activations, and conference presence.
- Oversee high-quality brand swag and partner with the People team on employer branding.
- Establish brand measurement metrics such as share of voice, awareness, and sentiment.
Requirements
- Technically fluent with a background in product management, solutions engineering, or DevRel.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in brand marketing or communications.
- Proven track record of evolving a B2B technology brand during hypergrowth.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for executive-level content.
- Experience building public profiles for executives through structured thought leadership programs.
- Strong creative sensibility and ability to brief design teams with precision.
Nice to have
- Experience in cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure.
- Background in journalism or agency work.
- Experience with an Israeli-founded company.
- Familiarity with the CISO audience.
