What you will do
- Own brand strategy, narrative, and visual identity to establish the company as an authoritative voice in women's health.
- Lead retail go-to-market plans, including in-store activations, demo strategies, and cross-channel support.
- Manage PR partners and founder-led press relationships across lifestyle and trade media.
- Scale the Health Professional Ambassador Program by building durable partnerships with practitioners.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across social, SEO, and podcast channels.
- Manage the marketing budget and track performance against key metrics like trial rates and repeat purchase.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in brand and marketing roles at CPG companies.
- At least 2–3 years of experience at the Director level or equivalent.
- Direct experience scaling a CPG brand through national retail launch.
- Hands-on operator mindset with a track record of working with limited resources.
- Must be based in the US.
- Strong writing skills and ability to translate founder vision into operational reality.
Nice to have
- Functional health, wellness, supplement, or beverage industry experience.
- Specific experience in the women's health category.
