What you will do

  • Own brand strategy, narrative, and visual identity to establish the company as an authoritative voice in women's health.
  • Lead retail go-to-market plans, including in-store activations, demo strategies, and cross-channel support.
  • Manage PR partners and founder-led press relationships across lifestyle and trade media.
  • Scale the Health Professional Ambassador Program by building durable partnerships with practitioners.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across social, SEO, and podcast channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track performance against key metrics like trial rates and repeat purchase.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in brand and marketing roles at CPG companies.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience at the Director level or equivalent.
  • Direct experience scaling a CPG brand through national retail launch.
  • Hands-on operator mindset with a track record of working with limited resources.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to translate founder vision into operational reality.

Nice to have

  • Functional health, wellness, supplement, or beverage industry experience.
  • Specific experience in the women's health category.
