Salary: $131,000 - $141,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct extensive user research and usability testing to improve platform experience.
• Create high-fidelity mockups to articulate complex functionality and design requirements.
• Refine user personas and map detailed user journeys.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and QA to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Champion UX best practices and design standards across the organization.

Requirements

• Must provide a portfolio for eligibility.
• Proven experience working with Data Governance, Risk and Compliance, or Regulatory teams.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe, and Protopie.
• Experience procuring and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for technical specification discussions.
• Experience operating within an agile development environment.
