What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end product design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design.
  • Define and evolve consistent design system and visual language aligned with product vision.
  • Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences using user insights and data.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and leadership to shape feature strategy and UX vision.
  • Advocate for users while balancing technical and business constraints.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve usability, engagement, and product differentiation.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in UI/UX or Product Design for SaaS or complex digital products.
  • Proven track record leading design projects in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent portfolio of high-quality, user-centered experiences.
  • Proficiency with Figma and wireframing tools like Whimsical.
  • Strategic thinking with detailed, high-quality execution.
  • Excellent communication to articulate decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in short-term rental, hospitality, or Airbnb-related platforms.
