What you will do

• Lead design of end-to-end commerce experiences from account setup to post-purchase workflows.
• Collaborate with CX, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to align business goals with user needs.
• Apply AI and experimentation tools to optimize and personalize user journeys at scale.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models spanning multiple systems.
• Translate complex enterprise workflows into intuitive self-service experiences.
• Partner with research to turn insights into actionable design strategies and facilitate workshops.
• Ensure design consistency via the hirify.global Design System and mentor junior designers.

Requirements

• 6+ years designing complex digital experiences in commerce, SaaS, or enterprise ecosystems
• Strong portfolio in commerce workflows, data-rich interfaces, or regulated environments
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent for end-to-end UX delivery
• Experience designing enterprise-integrated experiences with ERP, CRM, and fulfillment systems
• AI-assisted design tools, data experimentation, and personalization frameworks
• Strong collaboration, communication, and storytelling with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries like sleep health
• Background in data visualization or analytics-based UX optimization
• Familiarity with Elastic Path or similar commerce platforms
• Understanding of digital commerce connecting to preventive care and health insights
