What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 5-7 engineers, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
• Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, shipping quickly and iterating based on feedback
• Act as a force multiplier by unblocking the team, simplifying problems, and maintaining execution momentum
• Stay hands-on in the codebase across the stack, setting a high technical bar
• Drive pragmatic architectural decisions balancing speed and long-term scalability

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of software engineering experience with 1-3+ years of formal people management leading engineers
• Strong technical depth with willingness to be hands-on
• Experience in startup or high-growth environment with evolving priorities
• Proven track record of shipping products quickly with sound trade-offs between speed and quality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with high-ownership, low-ego mindset
