TL;DR

Engineering Manager, Adoption and Value Realization (AI): Leading the team to build systems and experiences driving user engagement including notifications, feedback loops, activation surfaces, and insight tools with an accent on connecting product value to user behavior and commercial outcomes. Focus on architecting intelligent notifications, experimentation with A/B testing, behavioral insights, and enabling marketing tooling for consistent weekly usage across subscriber base.

Base salary: $220,000–$265,000

What you will do

  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver product experiences driving measurable engagement and value realization.
  • Define, instrument, and improve engagement funnels and feedback loops with Product.
  • Build systems for intelligent notifications, user insights, and manager enablement tools.
  • Lead A/B testing, behavioral analysis, and iteration to boost user engagement and sales outcomes.
  • Mentor engineers, advocate for technical excellence, and shape engineering culture and processes.
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and team growth as founding manager.

Requirements

  • Eligible work permit in the USA required
  • 5+ years as professional software engineer
  • 3+ years as deeply-technical engineering manager
  • Experience leading complex technical projects and delivering software
  • Track record of architecting and building software
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and product instincts
  • Experience in growth, adoption, activation, or engagement-focused teams
  • Comfort in metrics-driven environments with ownership over usage outcomes
