Salary: $190,000 - $237,500

What you will do

• Lead and manage engineering teams focused on provider acquisition and growth.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Design to shape the provider strategy.
• Develop and mentor engineers through weekly 1:1s and continuous feedback.
• Drive alignment on process, prioritization, and product outcomes.
• Contribute to the overall company strategy and product roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.
• 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong product mindset and track record of delivering business outcomes.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Python, React, and AWS infrastructure.
• Experience in health tech or building user-facing products.
