TL;DR
Engineering Manager (Encounters Intelligence) (MedTech/AI): Developing the critical Encounters Intelligence data product providing accurate views of medical procedures and device usage with an accent on data harmonization, ML models, and forecasting algorithms. Focus on technical leadership, team coaching, roadmap planning, and scaling systems for nationwide US procedural data.
Boston or Remote (You must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered)
Base salary range: $220,000 to $260,000

What you will do
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Commercial teams to prioritize research and implementation roadmap for Encounters data product.
- Develop technical vision and roadmap to accelerate delivery of customer use cases.
- Grow and coach engineers, contributing to individual and team capabilities.
- Advocate for technical excellence, customer-oriented design, and mentor engineers.
- Drive initiatives to build culture of ownership, autonomy, and learning across engineering.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and lead in hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Eligible work permit in the USA required
- 5+ years as professional software engineer with large data product development experience
- 3+ years as engineering manager
- Machine learning and data science experience
- Proven track record of architecting, building, and delivering software
- Experience modeling complex data and delivering data assets and BI tooling
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience building operational processes for on-time delivery of complex projects
