Engineering Manager, Encounters Intelligence

Base salary range: $220,000 to $260,000

What you will do

• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Commercial teams to prioritize research and implementation roadmap for Encounters data product.
• Develop technical vision and roadmap to accelerate delivery of customer use cases.
• Grow and coach engineers, contributing to individual and team capabilities.
• Advocate for technical excellence, customer-oriented design, and mentor engineers.
• Drive initiatives to build culture of ownership, autonomy, and learning across engineering.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and lead in hiring and onboarding.

Requirements

• Eligible work permit in the USA required
• 5+ years as professional software engineer with large data product development experience
• 3+ years as engineering manager
• Machine learning and data science experience
• Proven track record of architecting, building, and delivering software
• Experience modeling complex data and delivering data assets and BI tooling
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience building operational processes for on-time delivery of complex projects
