Location: Onsite at either South Burlington, VT or Cary, NC

Salary: $55,000–$60,000

What you will do

  • Manage and respond to inbound leads via phone and email.
  • Qualify and escalate promising business leads quickly and accurately.
  • Recommend hardware and services based on a customer’s specific technical requirements.
  • Resolve customer issues and collect feedback to drive overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to maximize efficiency in responding to inquiries.
  • Manage and advocate for complex online orders to ensure successful shipping.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong probing skills and a professional, persuasive telephone voice.
  • Competency in using note-taking software and administrative applications.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience using a CRM or other sales-related software.
  • Experience with computers or selling highly technical products.
