Location: Onsite in Quakertown, PA. Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee). Territory: eastern Pennsylvania and central/southern New Jersey. Requires travel to client sites and events; clean driving record required.

What you will do
- Promote and sell precision weighing and force measurement equipment in industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and laboratory environments.
- Seek out calibration and service opportunities within the local territory.
- Develop expertise in laboratory balances, industrial scales, load cells, and force gauges.
- Build and maintain relationships with coworkers, customers, and partners.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across industries.
- Manage client relationships, prepare proposals/quotes/contracts, and attend trade shows to expand reach.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years sales experience; technical sales in weighing, measurement, or lab instrumentation preferred.
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong territory development and management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clean driving record; ability to travel to client sites and events.
- U.S. Person only per ITAR export controls.
