What you will do

• Streamline procurement, deployment, licensing, and lifecycle management of all business software applications.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT hardware and maintain physical network infrastructure in London.
• Provide technical support for hardware issues across all global offices, supporting local Office Managers.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive IT security policies, procedures, and access control solutions.
• Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and manage penetration testing.
• Lead incident response for security breaches and provide security awareness training to staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar technical leadership position.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, Windows, macOS, and cloud environments (Google Workspace, Azure, AWS).
• Experience with MDM tools such as JAMF.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Must be based in London and available to work 3-4 days per week (2-3 days on-site).
