What you will do

• Operate and monitor complex live streaming events, ensuring CDN stability and viewer experience.
• Lead real-time incident response, troubleshooting streaming pipeline issues and coordinating resolution with engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain operational runbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage event handoff processes and communicate shift turnover notes to ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional production and engineering teams to execute high-priority programming.

Requirements

• Previous experience in live streaming operations, such as Master Control, NOC, or TOC environments.
• Strong technical understanding of live streaming pipelines and CDN infrastructure.
• Proven track record in incident management and using monitoring dashboards.
• Proficiency with Slack, Google Drive, Confluence, Zoom, and Airtable.
• Ability to work independently and make decisive real-time decisions in high-pressure environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale live broadcast or OTT platforms.
• Background in cross-functional incident response coordination.
