Location: Must work from the Hedge End office (near Southampton), UK, 5 days per week

What you will do

• Implement and support custom deployments and integration of hirify.global product suites for clients.
• Execute non-standard configuration requests, including manual database and file manipulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments, management, and R&D to resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Track task effort and recognize scope variances early to evaluate impact.
• Apply best practice methods and quality standards throughout all project phases.

Requirements

• Must have been in the UK for 5 years and be eligible for obtaining NPPV3 + Security Clearance.
• Experience in system/implementation engineering for complex data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell, .Net, C#, or Java.
• Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP) and tools like Postman or Fiddler.
• Knowledge of RDBMS (MS SQL) and Windows server/client environments.
• Strong technical communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
