What you will do

• Own and manage the HubSpot Marketing Hub, ensuring efficient campaign and workflow operations for the Service Nation brand.
• Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to support demand generation and revenue growth.
• Build automated nurture programs, engagement workflows, landing pages, and email templates.
• Design lead scoring models and segmentation strategies based on behavioral data.
• Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams to align automation with GTM initiatives and pipeline development.
• Manage HubSpot-Salesforce integration and maintain database hygiene and compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing automation within B2B software or technology organizations.
• Strong expertise with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Strong analytical skills for A/B testing and interpreting campaign metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects with high attention to detail.
