Salary: $100,200 – $148,320 per year

What you will do

• Develop and implement world-class new user acquisition and retargeting strategies.
• Build, monitor, and optimize campaigns across social, search, and DSP channels to increase performance.
• Lead creative testing from concept to completion and establish a robust A/B testing framework.
• Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights and convert them into strategy improvements.
• Cultivate business relationships with ad partners to unlock alpha/beta testing opportunities.
• Introduce new technologies to increase automation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mobile user acquisition and scaling UA and retargeting strategies.
• Deep understanding of funnel and conversion metrics in a metrics-based environment.
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting from multiple sources.
• Ability to build processes for high-velocity creative testing (approx. 50 new creatives per month).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
• Must be based in and work onsite at the studio location in Kirkland, WA.
