What you will do

• Support Mid-market and SMB Sales teams in a pre-sales capacity from qualification through production hand-off.
• Create and deliver compelling product messaging and demonstrations to differentiate from competitors.
• Own the technical evaluation process (POC) and manage it to a successful conclusion.
• Maintain and enable technical relationships with channel partners to excel in a channel-driven model.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide field feedback for new feature releases.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer specializing in complex pre-sales within an enterprise cybersecurity environment.
• 2-3 years of experience deploying endpoint agents on Windows and Mac platforms.
• Prior experience with data protection technologies (DLP, IRM, DSPM, CASB).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Open to travel.
