TL;DR

Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive external client communication plans aligned with platform migration phases and go-live timelines.
  • Design a multi-audience messaging framework segmented by client type, engagement level, and channel preference.
  • Produce a high volume of content including executive briefings, newsletters, FAQs, webinar scripts, and digital collateral.
  • Translate technically complex platform and data transitions into accessible language for HR professionals, brokers, and members.
  • Lead external change impact assessments to identify readiness gaps and communication risks.
  • Collaborate with program execution, account management, and product teams to ensure content is accurate and operationally validated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client or change communications, ideally within TPA, health plan, or managed care environments.
  • Proven experience executing communication strategies for technology migrations or digital transformation programs.
  • Experience managing communications in a client-facing B2B services environment with complex stakeholder expectations.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Certification or formal training in change management (Prosci/ADKAR).
  • Experience with specialized communication or project management tools.
