Salary: $90,000-$105,000 annually

What you will do

• Monitor, analyze, and report on enrollment funnel metrics including activation, conversion, churn, and capacity; translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Coordinate priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams; identify risks and resolve issues to protect member experience.
• Evaluate workflows in care coordination, logistics, onboarding, and scheduling; identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead process improvements with leadership, ensuring sustainable, growth-supporting systems.
• Drive alignment with Care Delivery, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Support, and Product teams.
• Run weekly operating cadence: facilitate meetings, track actions, and ensure accountability.
• Build and maintain documentation, SOPs, QA standards, and handoff protocols.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in program management, conversion operations, project management, or coordination-heavy role.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong cross-functional communication without formal authority.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira strongly preferred) and structured tracking systems.
• Comfortable with performance data, dashboards, and stakeholder communication.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.
• Shift alignment with PST hours.
