Location: Remote, USA. Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. No visa sponsorship. Shift: M-F 11am-7pm PST preferred or 10am-6pm PST alternate.
Salary: $90,000-$105,000 annually

What you will do
- Monitor, analyze, and report on enrollment funnel metrics including activation, conversion, churn, and capacity; translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Coordinate priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams; identify risks and resolve issues to protect member experience.
- Evaluate workflows in care coordination, logistics, onboarding, and scheduling; identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Lead process improvements with leadership, ensuring sustainable, growth-supporting systems.
- Drive alignment with Care Delivery, Clinical Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Support, and Product teams.
- Run weekly operating cadence: facilitate meetings, track actions, and ensure accountability.
- Build and maintain documentation, SOPs, QA standards, and handoff protocols.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in program management, conversion operations, project management, or coordination-heavy role.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams.
- Strong cross-functional communication without formal authority.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira strongly preferred) and structured tracking systems.
- Comfortable with performance data, dashboards, and stakeholder communication.
- US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.
- Shift alignment with PST hours.
