What you will do

  • Own strategy and business plan for the strategic segment to meet revenue and headcount goals as part of UKI Leadership team.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance reviews to a team of experienced Account Executives, fostering vision and culture.
  • Drive big wins over $1M, land-and-expand opportunities, pipeline generation, and new logo acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Alliances, Sales Development, Pre-Sales, etc.) and GSIs for partner relationships.
  • Act as Executive Sponsor on critical deals, support AEs with MEDDPICCC, and lead data-driven forecasting.

Requirements

  • Experience leading majors/strategic segment teams selling to largest accounts.
  • Proven execution of multi-million dollar deals in large organizations.
  • Building partner business plans and relationships for strategic alignment.
  • Coaching on MEDDICC or similar sales frameworks.
  • Managing growth-focused teams with new logo success.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching mindset, and forecasting accuracy.
