What you will do

• Orchestrate various workstreams as the primary Project Manager to drive results and deliver value.
• Implement and monitor metrics for development, quality, productivity, and application health.
• Manage the product roadmap, technical scope, and detailed requirements.
• Handle risk management, identify impediments, and resolve crises.
• Foster people development, team engagement, and collaborative teamwork.
• Maintain strong communication and partnerships with global stakeholders.

Requirements

• English: Advanced level for conversation is essential for dealing with global teams
• Strong knowledge of Lean concepts and agile methodologies.
• Experience in digital product development.
• Proven track record in project and people management.
• Experience managing contracts and units with multiple workstreams.
• Proficiency in operations and mobilizing teams for corrective or preventive actions.
