What you will do

• Lead a cross-regional team of Consultants and Project Managers across Brazil and the US, focusing on people management and wellbeing.
• Drive operational KPIs, including revenue, margin, utilization, and predictability.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle for enterprise software implementations to ensure high-quality customer outcomes.
• Manage capacity planning, staffing forecasting, and workload balancing across Implementation and PM functions.
• Identify and implement standardized processes to reduce variability in manufacturing-related services.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders and occasionally support sales by advising on services and scoping.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing teams in Professional Services or consulting environments.
• Strong business acumen with hands-on experience managing revenue, margin, and utilization KPIs.
• Demonstrated experience with capacity planning and staffing forecasting.
• Experience with external customer-facing billable services.
• Ability to build structure and scalable processes within ambiguous environments.
• Fluency in English and experience collaborating remotely across multiple countries and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software implementations, preferably ERP.
• Knowledge of RFMS.
• Background in manufacturing or the flooring industry.
