What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle software implementation projects from discovery through go-live.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and define success criteria.
• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise and mid-market customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Developers to ensure technical alignment.
• Identify risks early and manage scope changes via formal control processes.

Requirements

• Solid experience managing enterprise or mid-market SaaS implementation projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams across different time zones.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience in 3D design, space planning, or Kitchen, Bath, and Furniture industries.
• Familiarity with CRM, eCommerce, or Order Management system integrations.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Experience working in a Professional Services environment.
