What you will do

• Support Project Managers and consultants in tracking tasks, milestones, and timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Schedule and organize customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
• Validate customer data for accuracy and completeness to identify inconsistencies prior to go-live.
• Document issues and follow-ups to ensure timely communication and resolution across teams.
• Maintain project tracking tools, reporting dashboards, and implementation processes.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel or similar tools.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Interest in project management, consulting, or software implementation.
