What you will do

  • Partner with GTM leaders to drive operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Lead annual planning activities, including territory design, quota setting, account segmentation, and headcount modeling.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track leading indicators of revenue performance, funnel conversion, and customer retention.
  • Optimize the Salesforce instance and GTM tech stack (Outreach, Gong, Clari, etc.) to improve data integrity and rep productivity.
  • Manage sales compensation plan design, modeling, and administration.
  • Provide strategic ad hoc analysis for executive leadership on pricing, packaging, channel mix, and GTM investments.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy & Operations, or management consulting, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflows, and data hygiene.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to synthesize data from multiple systems.
  • Proven ability to build forecasting models, pipeline analytics, and capacity plans in a high-growth environment.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and distill ambiguous business problems into clear frameworks.

Nice to have

  • MBA or related Master’s Degree.
  • Experience with subscription revenue models and metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC payback, magic number).
  • Familiarity with building reusable AI processes (Gemini Gems, Claude Skills).
  • Experience supporting multi-segment sales motions (Enterprise, Partner, OEM).
  • Exposure to sales compensation tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ) and CPQ platforms.
