What you will do

• Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to build and grow market share in the San Fernando region.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of high-performing sales representatives.
• Create and enhance customized clinical pitches for OBGYNs, MFMs, and prenatal Genetic Counselors.
• Analyze sales results and industry trends to identify opportunities and increase sales volume.
• Influence how prenatal tests are communicated to physicians and patients to better serve market needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of field sales management experience leading teams at a molecular diagnostics or genetics company.
• Deep expertise in Women’s Health, Prenatal, or Reproductive Health sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals (e.g., President’s Club or equivalent).
• Existing portfolio of convertible client relationships within the specified region.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and data analysis skills.
