Compensation: Base salary from $187,272 per year; total compensation $309,972 per year (at plan)

What you will do
- Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to build and grow market share in the San Fernando region.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of high-performing sales representatives.
- Create and enhance customized clinical pitches for OBGYNs, MFMs, and prenatal Genetic Counselors.
- Analyze sales results and industry trends to identify opportunities and increase sales volume.
- Influence how prenatal tests are communicated to physicians and patients to better serve market needs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of field sales management experience leading teams at a molecular diagnostics or genetics company.
- Deep expertise in Women’s Health, Prenatal, or Reproductive Health sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals (e.g., President’s Club or equivalent).
- Existing portfolio of convertible client relationships within the specified region.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and data analysis skills.
