What you will do

• Deliver clinical product education through live, virtual, and hybrid formats for onboarding and ongoing development.
• Create and maintain clinical training materials, including LMS modules, slide decks, and education resources.
• Support clinical training initiatives at major commercial events and national training programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs to ensure content alignment with scientific evidence.
• Coach field sales teams to identify and bridge clinical knowledge gaps.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics and field feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s Degree in medical or biological sciences.
• 2–4 years of experience within the Laboratory Diagnostics or Genetics industry.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing clinical or medical role (e.g., Genetic Counselor, Clinical Liaison).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to travel 30-40% for the position.

Nice to have

• Strong interest in clinical education, public speaking, or commercial enablement.
• Experience with AI platforms, Articulate, photo editing, and video editing tools.
